Cake smash sessions are such a wonderful way to get a little one engaged and smiling! Who doesn’t love cake?! I love dreaming up the fun ways that cakes and little props can be incorporated into a birthday session, and dreamy florals and pastels made for a perfect celebration. The sweet flowers and colors were just right for this little lady, Emery. Emery turned one recently, and her Mom and I worked through lots of fun ideas until we landed on this one. I am thrilled she chose this one, because it was both unique and fitting for her daughter’s personality. Emery loved the cake, and was all smiles!

“Emery loves to play outside, sneak ice cream from Mom and Dad, give kisses, and play with her cousins”, explained Mom, “She is almost walking and has seven teeth already! I feel as thought you never truly know the meaning of life until you have a child. Emery is the light of our lives, and I cannot believe we are celebrating her first birthday! Time flies when you have a sweet little girl to raise and love every day.”
