If they gave out an award for cutest two-year-old, Gracelynn would be a clear winner! And, you’d have to throw in a couple for her wonderful parents, too. Our photo shoot was so fun, and it was such a joy to meet a little girl with such a big personality! She was a natural model, and loved showing off her pretty smile. She has many interests: “She loves shoes!”, her mom said, “She has a yellow pair that is her favorite. She loves to sing songs, and she likes to snore when she pretends to sleep.” She’s a little cutie and she knows it!

It was a must to have the session outside, since that’s one of her favorite places in the world! You could tell she was aching to run around, instead of being confined to one space on the grass. Everywhere she went, though, she made a point of skipping to, and she would egg us on to chase her around! “She loves to be scared,” her mom said, “and is silly, silly, silly! She loves her books, and will spend her day putting puzzles together. Put a tool in her hand, no matter what it is, and she’ll love you for it!”

What a blessing it is to be a part of her precious life, and to capture this fleeting time. As a parent, I know how quickly our kids can grow up. Let something else take hold of your attention for a minute, and when you look back, they’re all grown up.
