You know how sometimes you think about the “what if’s” or “might have beens”? I know I have, but one thing I know for sure is that there’s no career I’d rather have than this one! Capturing the newness of life and the sweetness of a baby is truly the greatest privilege I could imagine. So many parents entrust the moments they will never get back to me, and together, we capture images like these. I also wanted to share briefly about how the scheduling works. As we all know, new babies rarely arrive on our ideal timetable 😉 so I’ve made it simple by asking my clients to schedule with me during their second trimester. It guarantees you priority scheduling on my calendar when your little one makes their grand entrance! Once baby arrives, we will then schedule your baby during their first 7-14 days. This is the perfect window for a sleepy, cooperative and smooth newborn shoot!
Knox Asher is a brand new little one who mom brought in recently. He arrived in early December, tipping the scales at almost seven and a half pounds. He is the first baby for his excited parents, who prayed for quite some time to become mom and dad. The adorable little girl accompanying him in these images is his cousin, who is delighted to have a new playmate. Mom adds, “Having Knox in our lives is so rewarding…we prayed for him for so many years!”
