I often get excited about images straight off my camera, and this was one of these instances! I try to work really hard on composition and posing so that these require very little editing, because I love letting the client’s personality and joy shine through. Of course, we put the finishing touches on every image, but only to accentuate what’s already present. Willow was picture perfect from the start of our time together, and she offered me so many sweet smiles and great expressions.

We utilized one of the cutest setups for my outdoor sessions: the garden bubble bath! It’s perfect for this springtime season and the sunlight peeking through the trees made it exceptionally adorable. The garden bubble bath features a vintage style bath, complete with a water spout, and we added some shabby-chic inspired accessories: birdhouses and florals. Willow was a bit apprehensive when we first put her into the little tub, but she sure lit up when the bubbles started blowing! She was mesmerized by them, and tried to grab a few. This little gal recently turned one, and so her session was a way for her family to celebrate the milestone.
