Stella Jolie, named lovingly for some special family members who are no longer with us on this earth, is a special light. She is beyond precious, and will carry on the memory of her mother’s stepdad and stepsister, and the idea makes me tear up a little bit. What a beautiful name! Her family is so in love with her sweet little spirit. Mom and dad met in 2009, when they were working together, and began dating in 2016. “It’s amazing and rewarding seeing our story through all these years”, shares mom, “Although it’s challenging adjusting to the lack of sleep, I wouldn’t change it for the world.”

Stella’s nursery is beautifully decorated in neutral tones of cream, with accents of little llamas and cactus! Such a creative and fun nursery theme. The pretty burgundy backdrop was beautiful against her lovely hair, and all of the poses and wraps brought out the little pieces of her personality! Some newborns just have a certain spunk about them, and I love it. Her birth had a few complications, but thankfully, she was born safely on Valentine’s Day, even amid the snowstorm we had here in Texas! She will have an exciting story to tell when she grows up!
