Birthdays galore around here, it seems! I am loving all the celebrations coming my way, especially after the struggle that was 2020! Everyone is in the mood to make even ordinary days special, and birthday get the royal treatment 🙂 Ella Kae just turned one, and I was so happy her family chose me as their photographer to mark the occasion. She is named after her mommy, but her daddy chose her name, which was super sweet.

If you’re a parent, you know that second guessing yourself is something we all do. We all feel like we can do better, but our kids remind us everyday that we are their heroes! Ella’s mom shared, “Even on the days when I feel like I could have done better, she looks at me like I hung the moon. Being her mom is so incredibly, especially the unconditional love that we share!” That unconditional love is such a gift. Little Ella is really enjoying learning all kinds of new things, like singing, dancing, and listening to Baby Shark. Her favorite foods are blueberries and chicken. Although she arrived during the pandemic, and her family had to adjust to parenting solo, they also appreciate and cherish that they had lots of alone time to bond. Ella also has a loving 17-year-old brother, who indulges her love for bacon!
