Every parent has wishes and hopes for their sweet babies, but not every parent wishes and hopes FOR that sweet baby, at least not like this family. Little Evelyn was wanted and prayed for long before her arrival, and her name means, “wished for child”. It is so sweet to get to watch this family bonding and enjoying this darling little girl. “It is so rewarding to see how quickly she is growing”, adds mom, “She is reaching so many milestones, and it is beautiful to see how parenting brings out our individual styles, and our love for her.” They decorated her nursery with pastel pinks, and sage greens, which is so elegant and classy.

“She has the prettiest bright eyes, and they bring attention to everyone in the room. She seems to say a lot through her eyes, and we love watching her emotion through them”, continues mom, “On her birthday, I remember going skin to skin with her for the first time. My pregnancy with her was very smooth and happy (thanks to the Center for Vascular Medicine), and I ended up with a c-section, but I knew as long as she was healthy, we were happy.” They are in the midst of finding a good routine for their family, and creating a healthy sleep schedule. They are all learning to be patient with each other; a trait that is very important to their success! Although baby doesn’t have any human siblings yet, their 5 year old goldendoodle has been adjusting to their new role very nicely, and is super protective of little Evelyn!
