When I asked mom what her favorite part of welcoming this little guy (Lukas) was, she had a hard time naming a favorite, because he is so precious! Although there is a ton to love about this darling guy, she did say that his little cheeks and eyes are a favorite feature. Lukas doesn’t have siblings yet, but his family of three enjoys watching movies and playing soccer together. His mom and dad are finding parenthood to be very rewarding, and shared that they are learning new things every day about being patient and warm-hearted. I really enjoyed hearing about their journey, and identified a lot when mom shared that it’s so hard to know if you’re “doing a good enough job”. I think we all struggle with that feeling, but in my eyes, they’re doing great!
