Carleigh | One Year Old Session

Little Carleigh was as sweet as the strawberries that we used as inspiration for this session! Carleigh was named after her mom and dad (a combination of Ashleigh and Christopher), which is really unique and creative. She is a very smart, focused little girl who loves her mommy! Carleigh also loves dancing, food, and playing with her puppies. “Carleigh has the most amazing big, blue eyes, and is normally pretty shy, but she has the best smile”, adds mom, “Our daughter is our best friend, and we are all obsessed with her!” As a family, they enjoy spending quality time with their family on the weekends, and swimming the pool and having movie nights. Although parenting can be hard at moments, they are all adjusting wonderfully and really enjoying life. 

We did a mix of vintage and strawberry themes for this shoot, and Carleigh loved her cake! Having one year old sessions is something I really love, because one year olds are very alert and have tons of personality. Getting to photograph them always brings me lots of joy!
