Isn’t he just precious? I recently had the joy of photographing this delightful six-week-old, and the experience was a reminder that I truly love my job!. The parents chose his name with much love and thought, aiming for something that reflected strength, Southern charm, and masculinity. They instantly connected with the name “Tex,” honoring a family tradition of double “T” names. Their hope is that this strong name will become one people remember fondly (he will leave a legacy of his own!).

Even at such a young age, this little one is already showing signs of a budding personality. During our session, it was clear that he loves cuddling with his mama, enjoying his milk, and taking relaxing walks in his stroller. His sweet smile and tiny baby feet were especially delightful to capture. These small, precious details highlight the innocence and joy that newborns bring into a family.

Spending time with this family, I learned that they especially love outdoor activities together. Walks in the park and dinners on Main Street in Grapevine are favorite pastimes, allowing them to bond and enjoy each other’s company. The parents shared that the most rewarding part of their journey has been experiencing the “pure, unconditional love from their son and watching him grow every day”. Despite the challenges of adjusting to parenthood and the realization that a piece of their heart now lives outside their body, they wouldn’t trade it for anything. Their dogs, humorously noted, have also adapted well to the new addition, making for a warm and loving home!
