Mom shared that he is a very happy baby, with a contagious smile. “He giggles all the time, and loves to be cuddled, hugged, and kissed”, she adds, “He laughs the hardest when we tickle him, and his favorite person is his big brother. He has just learned to crawl, so they get down on the floor to crawl together and race to get to the toys! Emmitt also loves loves to eat, especially yogurt drops.” This beautiful family has also endured many challenges to become parents, and it has made them very grateful. Mom continues, “Emmitt and Gary are our pride and joy. We could not have biological children, and God placed it on our hearts to adopt. The joy of being their mommy and daddy surpasses the pain and hardship of infertility. We would do it all over again, because God’s plan was far better than what we had imagined or hoped for, and when we see them, we see God’s love and mercy written all over our family. We cannot imagine life without them”.
