The beautiful intricacy of mothers and daughters always brings a special touch to my sessions, and every duo is different. When I get to work with moms and daughters like this one, I feel especially grateful. Mom is pregnant with her second child, and Marcella is about to become a big sister! Mom shared that they really enjoy cooking and eating together as a family, and that they also love including Marcella in the food preparation. “Marcells is enjoying everything right now, especially riding her bike to our local coffeeshop for a family date. We are a bilingual home, so she also enjoys watching her shows in Spanish (like Daniel Tiger and Alma’s Way). Lastly, she loves to paint and to snuggle while reading books”. As a family, they experienced a two year fertility journey, and they are excited and very thankful to finally be welcoming their new baby. “I hope that they are forever best friends”, added mom, “Big sis kisses my belly every night, and makes sure baby is cozy before she goes to sleep!”
