Dressed in bright yellow, this beautiful senior truly did bring all the sunshine! I have known Gabby, a seniors from Nederland High, since she was a little girl. It was hard for me to believe she is a senior already, but a total honor to get to do her portraits! Gabby and her mom met me in downtown Beaumont, Texas, for her lovely senior session. When I asked her what “true beauty” meant to her, she responded, “True beauty doesn’t come from makeup or hair products but from within. In the end your looks will fade, but your personality and how you hold yourself will remain constant”. I thought that was a wonderful indication of the person she has become; wise and kind and mature beyond her years. She chose vibrant spring colors, and they perfectly accented her blond hair. This senior was a natural in front of the camera, and we shared lots of laughs. Very active in her high school, Gabby participated in FFA, volleyball, basketball, golf, and was selected as a delegate for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards as a junior and a senior. Additionally, she is a photographer for Business Professionals of America, and she competed in pageants. This ambitious and beautiful blonde will be attending Lamar University, to pursue nursing. I know her compassion and love will bring hope to many of her future patients.
