What an awesome, fun-filled session with this beautiful, articulate and sweet senior! Katy is one of my 2016 VIP senior spokesmodels representing me at Legacy High School in Beaumont, Texas. I am so beyond honored to have her on my team. I love asking my senior young ladies what they think true beauty is…in a world of impossible standards, airbrush and photoshop, and message about what true beauty means, I love hearing these grounded girls articulate such mature ideas. Katy said, “True Beauty is what you hold in your heart and the kind of person you are on the inside. Living your life for God, and living a true happy life makes you truly beautiful. When you heart’s in the right place, it doesn’t matter what you look like on the outside because your inner self is what makes it true beauty.”

Katy says she would describe herself as “outgoing, unique, athletic, and happy”, and says she loves singing along to Taylor Swift, and studying chemistry. She loves bright colors, and shopping at Kendra Scott, and we worked her favorite looks into her session. What cute tops she chose, especially that bright blue! She had a polished, beautiful poise that came through in each and every photo.  I look forward to capturing more senior pictures of Katy in the near future!
