The outfits Stella wore were perfect. The deep blue against the neutral backdrop, surrounded by the bright pinks, greens, and yellows created such a cute, fun atmosphere. Stella’s all about fun, as her mom explains: “Stella’s been much too busy for TV, which I’m not complaining about! She would always rather play with all of her toys, or follow mommy and daddy around. She’s obsessed with her older cousin, Traeson, and lights up the second he enters the room. She loves all things music, and playing pat-a-cake and, my personal favorite, giving kisses.” It sounds like life with Stella is life well lived! Towards the end of our session, Stella dug into her beautiful birthday cake. As you can see in the photos, she really enjoyed it! Seeing those wondrous blue eyes light up made all the mess so worth it.

Of the many things that make me love getting up every morning, working with families like Stella’s is a big one. Getting to capture these special moments that we, as busy people, usually just watch as they pass by us is a huge privilege to me. I hope I get to do it forever!
