I don’t think I could pick a favorite age or milestone (let’s face it; they are all so darn cute!), but the six month session is always such a fun time. The babies are more engaged, playful, and smiley, and they are learning to sit up and interact. They are really interested in my camera, and I get some pretty cute grins! Since he is a “half-year old”, we brought in this awesome little wooden “1/2” sign that he liked to hold and play with. And with his plaid and suspenders he fit right into the wooded setting we chose, making him the cutest woodsman you ever did see!

Just yesterday (it feels), we were planning his newborn session when he was getting ready to make his grand appearance, and now six months have passed. It’s been such a fun thing to watch him grow. I am so glad he is part of my “Hello World-Memories and Milestones” baby plan, because all his mama has to do is bring him to me, and we get these amazing photos for every milestone he reaches! Next will be his 9 month session and then the big milestone session ONE year!!! Maybe you’re unsure about the commitment to all those sessions, but trust me when I say it actually reduces your stress because you don’t have to hunt down a photographer and plan it out every few months.
