You might have heard me say “how much I LOVE my studio”…I’m sorry, but I just can’t help talking about how blessed I feel to have my own, larger space! I have been able to offer my amazing clients even more options and choices for their sessions, and am dreaming up new ways to use the space! Expectant parents Shelly and Michael were the first lucky couple to get to shoot a maternity session in the new studio. I loved it so much, and there was so much elegance and beauty that the abundant natural light now offers. Shelly couldn’t have been more stunning, and she certainly had that “mommy glow”! I am looking forward to offering many more mommies-to-be the opportunity to use this studio.

“The best thing about being pregnant has been the excitement”, says Shelly, “It is been ever-evolving. At first, it was exciting to tell everyone, then finding out the gender, planning the room, and now, the impending excitement about her arrival! This is our first baby, so we will be navigating parenthood together very soon”. For her maternity wear, we chose elegant pieces with hues that suited her skin tone and hair. The pink dress was beautiful, and made me think of an elegant, old-hollywood style. The session came out so lovely, and I hope they treasure these images as they prepare to welcome their sweet baby girl. “I’m just looking forward to falling in love with her and my new family of three”, adds Shelly. I cannot wait to meet their little girl in the days to come!
