I love when I get to do lifestyle, in-home sessions. A family’s home says so much about their personalities, and it’s often the place where everyone feels calm and comfortable. This family is beautiful and loving, and their home is truly stunning…a true place of refuge and filled with light and love. Meet mom, dad, and their three kiddos: Noelle, Stanford, and Edison. They had just welcomed little Edison (six weeks old) right before this session, so they were easing into being a brand-new family of five. His big siblings are 4 and 5, and they were pretty excited to show off their treasured new brother. Stanford loves dinosaurs and monster trucks, and Noelle loves arts and crafts. She is also getting very excited to start kindergarten in the fall. 

As a family, they enjoy travel, embracing new cultures, and trying new foods. The kids are very adventurous and love to branch out. Mom shares that welcoming their newest baby has reminded her of what is truly important, and helped her appreciate balancing life and family. I think she’s doing a wonderful job, although I know it certainly isn’t easy striking the balance between all the many demands of parenthood. This is a beautiful family, and I feel lucky to have worked with them!
