You can ask any parent around: being a brand new mom or dad is exhausting and amazing. It’s a little bit of a haze, filled with sleeplessness, emotions, and sheer joy. It’s pretty special and something you definitely want to savor, but it’s also got hard challenges and tiredness like you’ve never experienced. I could see that when this family arrived, they were having more joyful days than tired ones, and they were practically bursting with gratitude and love. Their little trio became a quartet and they’re doing an amazing job adjusting.

Mom Denisse is beautiful and caring, and I loved being around her. She obviously loves being a mom, and dad is doing just as amazingly. They are parents to big brother Ezra and brand new baby, Emma. They named their children with Biblical names, and Emma’s name means ‘my God has answered’. They feel Emma has completed their family. Ezra has done amazingly easing into his new role as big brother, and mom adds that he has “become even more sweet” with his little sister. They are enjoying watching the kids learn and grow, and one of their favorite things to do is have pizza and movie night together.
