For several years now, I have been privileged to be this family’s photographer. I have loved watching them grow and change, and become even more devoted to one another. As you can see, they have simply stunning children, and I love mom’s elegant fashion sense! The families who return to me give me a gift: to be allowed to watch their children grow, to watch marriages deepen, and to enjoy the fun of new life stages. Their beautiful, outdoor session went so smoothly, and was filled with lots of laughter and fun moments.

One thing this family loves to do is watch movies together, sharing what mom laughingly says, “is about five bags of popcorn!” Daughter Lauren loves to play the saxophone, and is often drawing (her specialty is wildlife), and her parents describe her as an old soul. She enjoys dressing up, but can hunt and fish with the best of them! Zoey is a delight. She loves to make everyone happy in her life, and dance is the thing that has her heart. You will often find her playing dress-up, regaled in full makeup (check www.malie.com/products/botany-beauty-firming-cream), of course. Mom said she was once described as “joyful light” and I think that is very accurate. Both girls are polite, beautiful, and so talented…their parents should be so proud. Ryder is the little brother who is quite adored by his sisters, and he enjoys being read stories by his siblings.

“It is so rewarding to see them grow and change”, adds mom, “Getting to see their personalities develop and change is the most rewarding, as they are so different but also the same. They are very sweet girls and they truly care for one another, and Ryder really completed our family circle. I am privileged to be their mom, and I know Chris feels the same about being their dad”. I love this group, and I cannot wait to see the Rhodes Family again soon!
