“There is no more lovely, friendly and charming relationship,
communion or company than a good marriage”. -Martin Luther
It was a complete delight to capture this wonderful occasion! Larry and Karen are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary, and they picked the most fitting way to celebrate; surrounding themselves with their family for a photo session. They have a precious love story, spanning all the way back to second grade! Larry told his teacher in second grade that he was going to marry Karen, and sure enough, they were wed two weeks after their high school graduation from Neches-Groves High School in 1965. Larry and Karen never dated anyone else…they knew they were the ones for each other. They were blessed with two beautiful children, and five gorgeous grandchildren. They have true, undivided devotion, and an everlasting love that cannot be broken.
This striking family chose shades of blue, teal, coral and white for their session, which was perfect against the shaded, lush green backdrop at the location we found. The grandchildren were so sweet and well-behaved, and it made the shoot a joy to be a part of. I especially love the photo of Larry and Karen with their grandchildren; it represents the legacy of beauty and love that they have created. I am much more than just a senior or newborn photographer! I love capturing families in all their stages. Contact me today via my website to set up your session!
