I had a lovely holiday away with family, but am so glad to be back with clients, editing sessions, and enjoying what I always call my “dream job”! When I met up with this delightful family, they were perfectly ready for their shoot. Mom chose coordinating outfits, and a clean, classic look. The little birthday boy had the cutest outfit, and the miniature khaki slacks and button down were some of my favorites. Mom herself looked stunning in a floral maxi dress, and proud dad was also in a classic look (you can shop a similar maxi dress HERE). We incorporated a large bunch of blue balloons for the birthday boy, and a mini tassel banner and number 1 to celebrate the occasion.

“We feel so rewarded as parents; we have an unbreakable bond that we share with our son”, says mom, “That bond is solidified by love that knows no bounds. Logan is a kind, loving, and happy little boy who is full of curiousity. He enjoys being read to, and playing outside, and some of his favorite things are to play with his cars, feed the farm animals, and make people smile.” As you can see from these photos, they are a closely-knit family who truly love one another. It brought me so much joy to spend the day with them, and to see what a wonderful job these parents have done in their first year of raising a son.
